Having been training for years myself I have always understood the importance of structured and organised training in the fulfilment of goals. I am also painfully aware of how boring this can be! My philosophy is, above all, enjoy training. Whatever this may entail as an individual. Keep an eye on progress and the results will follow.

I put the guide together after falling in love with the style of training and realising how many people, from complete beginners to veterans of the gym, would benefit from the simplistic efficiency of the plan.
